Sherman was kind of a quiet guy. We didn't get a real feel for him in terms of what he was thinking etc. He had the difficult job of managing a WR groups that was talented but also had some divas (re: T.O.) and managed to keep them pretty much in line. I give him high marks for the way he's handled T.O. The players respect him, on the sidelines he never got too emotional and seemed to listen to them. But, I think our receivers were a little lazy in their route-running and they didn't always fight as hard for the ball as I would like. Personally, if I was hiring a new coach, Sherman wouldn't be at the top of my list but he has a ton of experience and might surprise some people because players like and respect him.
