To me it sounds like bulger is blaming the players not the coaches.

IF it’s in the context of a response to SL’s comment along the lines of “we need more production from the quarterback position” (seems that’s the same line each week, different position/group each week), then definitely a response to the coach.
So yeah, quoteworthy, but I’d like to know what was said to get that out of the QB.
