There might be a familiar name catching passes at the TE position for the Boise State Broncos for the 2009 season, a Linehan.

Head coach Scott Linehan's nephew, Gabe Linehan, committed to the Boise State recruiting class yesterday. The Banks Oregon high school senior has two brothers already playing division 1 football, one an offensive lineman at Oregon State, the other a senior defensive tackle at Oregon.

Linehan, the former QB for the Idaho Vandals, comes from quite the Northwestern US's football dynasty. Scott's brother and Gabe's father, Ron, played for Idaho too, a three-time All-Big Sky pick at LB.
