Is Linehan's Makeover Enough?

It seems that Head Coach Scott Linehan, who used to be boring and afraid has changed to a new, more exciting coach.  He has developed a personality and has tried to communicate that to the St. Louis media and fans.  Linehan has seemed to figure out that he is on the hot seat, which is where his sense of urgency has come from.  But will this change of personality make a difference or is it too late.  With games against the Super Bowl Champion Giants and the AFC Champion Patriots looming in the upcoming season it would seem that Linehan's time could be running out.  However, he could change everyone's mind with a great offseason and maybe even an unexpected playoff appearance.  Will Linehan's change of character be enough?
