Now Martz is on the street again, for the second straight year. Last year, he and Detroit parted ways, and now he and San Francisco have done the same.

Let's hope not.
We don’t have the tools to run a Martz offense anymore. Look at the shape the Niners are in. Frank Gore only carried the ball 20+ times thrice in 14 games. This for a RB who two years ago carried the ball 312 times for nearly 1700 (!) yards. He runs a passing O which is not where we’re headed with a playmaker like SJ leading the O.
Jay Zygmunt, now that you are going to fire yourself...have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
i don't think it's an issue
i just love that the worse the Rams got this season, the more Martz fans turned up on the radio, message boards, etc.

Just say NO
to drugs…and Mike Martz.
Well with the drugs I guess it depends on which kind…but with Mike – say no to any kind of Martz (OC or HC)
Outfielders For Sale! This weeks special...GMJ - see Tony for details!
Mike Martz
hasn’t recaptured the magic he had as an OC here. I’m not even sure he would agree to come back. I personally hope that he catches on somewhere. He helped our team be great. He was, of course, the most frustrating game/clock manager of any HC ever.
Agree with every thing you say...
I don’t mind people bringing Martz up…he was, after all, an icon for the GSOT days, which we all fondly remember…I don’t think he would come back… but everything happens for a reason, and he has been canned two years running…I actually see him taking a step back, as somdbody’s QB coach, rather than another OC job.
