But wait, it gets better. It's just been announced that team president John Shaw has stepped down and Billy Devaney has officially been made general manager. Huzzah! The holiday season just got a little brighter. These were the first moves required for the Rams to start turning their fortunes around, getting better, more committed from the top down.
