Rams' throwback uniforms coming
The Rams finally get approval from the league to wear throwback uniforms for the 2009 season....throwbacks all the way back to days of ninety nine, 1999 that is.
The Rams can wear them for as many as three home games next year.
Now, if only we can win some games, that would truly bring back memories.

This "getting-league-approval-a-year-and-a half-in-advance" thing kills me
I swear I don’t understand the NFL…you would think that the marketing opportunities that would arise by displaying throwback uniforms on a frequent basis would be attractive to them…I understand getting approval to wear throwbacks, but I cannot figure out the 18 month lead time.

As bad as that is,
the league wouldn’t even allow them to wear a patch honoring Georgia last year when she passed away. They had to submit it and wear it this year.
Our country reeks of trees. Our yaks are really large. And they smell like rotting beef carcasses. And we have to clean up after them. And our saddle sores are the best. We proudly wear women's clothing. While searing sand blows up our skirts.
And the buzzards, they soar overhead. And poisonous snakes will devour us whole. Our bones will bleach in the sun. And we will probably go to hell. And that is our great reward. For be-ing the-uh Ro-yal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen!
