Fisher Visits Arizona and Washington
Rams safety Travis Fisher, a free agent now, will visit with potential suitors the Washington Redskins on Saturday and division rival Arizona on Sunday.
Meh.
Fisher would be nothing more than adequate depth for the Rams in the defensive backfield. Getting younger behind behind guys like Chavous and Atogwe at safety, with Alston and Carter backing them up, and the trio of CBs led by Tye Hill and rounded out with Ron Bartell and the experienced Fakhir Brown. That's a pretty solid top five, and any additional depth could come from the draft or the free agent bargain rack.

LIONS SEND HALL TO RAMS
An industry source tells us that the Detroit Lions have shipped defensive end James Hall to the St. Louis Rams, for a fifth-round draft pick.
The Lions had been trying to trade Hall for the past couple of weeks, and most likely would have cut him if a deal had not been worked out.
